Title Officer
(In Office & Remote*)

A title officer is a Nevada licensed Title Agent who performs a variety of tasks related to the transfer of real estate titles. Tasks include:

  • Title Searches

  • Document Review

  • Assists Escrow

  • Compliance

  • Risk Assessment

  • Title Clearing

  • Client Interactions

Must Hold Current NV Title Agent License

Escrow Officer 
(In Office & Remote*)

An escrow officer a Nevada licensed Title Agent who plays a crucial role in facilitating real estate transactions by safeguarding funds, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Tasks include: 

  • Escrow Account Mgt

  • Document Prep/Review

  • Compliance Oversight

  • Closings 

  • Dispute resolution

Title Processor
(In Office & Remote)

A title processor is a licensed or non-licensed professional  who works under the supervision of a title officer to process real estate transactions.

Tasks include: 

  • Title Search 

  • Document Review

  • Identifying Liens

  • Public Record Searches

  • Assist Escrow

  • Title Report Prep

  • Tax Record Searches

  • Admin Assistance

Escrow Processor

A title typist is a support staff member who works in reception.

Tasks include: 

  • Opening Orders

  • Policy, Commitment, & endorement Typing

  • Manning the Front Desk

Escrow Assistant
